As a Pledge member you will receive:

Two (2) whole house plumbing inspections per year.

Includes water main leak inspection

Home pressure inspection

Water heater inspection and flush (if able to flush)

Inspection of faucets and fixtures for leaks

Inspection of critical systems to ensure they are cycling and/or draining properly: Sump pumps- Well pump/ well tank- Sewer/septic pump

Equipment Life – Your fixtures can last up to twice as long. The annual service you receive as part of your Pledge Membership can double the remaining life of your water heater, faucet, and water/drain lines.

Repair Promise – American Air and Plumbing’s annual maintenance reduces unexpected repairs, but if a repair is needed, you will receive FREE trip/diagnostic calls during normal business hours and $270 per hour after 6pm, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. A 5% discount on all repairs, a discounted rate of $100 for clogged branch lines and $175 for main line backups.

Our Warranty

Here at American Air & Heat of Rockledge, FL, we'll service any equipment under warranty. If you have a unit not installed by us, but is covered under manufacturer's warranty, we'll honor the warranty and fix your unit. Lifetime Replacement Service

At American Air & Heat, we offer lifetime part replacement for certain models. It means that if your equipment is one of the qualifying brands, and is within the 10-year warranty period, we’ll replace your unit. This also depends on the type of failure. If your product does not fit the bill, you’ll have to incur the replacement cost for the faulty part.
