If you have a unit not installed by us, but is covered under manufacturer's warranty, we'll honor the warranty and fix your unit. At American Air & Heat, we offer lifetime part replacement for certain models. It means that if your equipment is one of the qualifying brands, and is within the 10-year warranty period, we’ll replace your unit. This also depends on the type of failure. If your product does not fit the bill, you’ll have to incur the replacement cost for the faulty part.
